He managed to multitask by taking orders and assisting the kitchen, all while checking in to see if we needed anything as we ate. This is truly a place that knows how to provide outstanding service! The food was delicious as well, and we left feeling completely satisfied!

I ordered my food at the drive-thru, and when I took a bite of my sandwich, it was cold, as if they had just slapped it together. I decided to go inside to get a new sandwich, hoping it would be better, but it wasn't. I always thought Arby's was the place for a nice, hot sandwich, but it seems like every time I go there, my sandwich is lukewarm or cold. I'm going to make it clear next time that I want a fresh sandwich right off the grill!

However, there was... read more A couple of weeks ago, I visited Arby's drive-thru and ordered their buffalo chicken sandwich, which was on promotion—two for seven dollars. However, there was an overwhelming amount of buffalo sauce that completely covered the chicken. To enjoy the sandwich, you might need to wipe off some of the sauce to make it more enjoyable. On a positive note, their shakes are fantastic!
