I ordered my food at the drive-thru, and when I took a bite of my sandwich, it was cold, as if they had just slapped it together. I decided to go inside to get a new sandwich, hoping it would be better, but it wasn't. I always thought Arby's was the place for a nice, hot sandwich, but it seems like every time I go there, my sandwich is lukewarm or cold. I'm going to make it clear next time that I want a fresh sandwich right off the grill!

However, there was... read more A couple of weeks ago, I visited Arby's drive-thru and ordered their buffalo chicken sandwich, which was on promotion—two for seven dollars. However, there was an overwhelming amount of buffalo sauce that completely covered the chicken. To enjoy the sandwich, you might need to wipe off some of the sauce to make it more enjoyable. On a positive note, their shakes are fantastic!

The person who took our order was efficient but did not greet us or say goodbye with a smile. We ordered just two items—a classic sandwich and a turkey wrap for takeout. It took a little while for our order to be ready, about 10 to 15 minutes. While waiting, I overheard what seemed to be an argument among two employees in the back, with someone yelling, "Stop!" and mentioning that they were on the second shift, not the first. The floor felt quite sticky, although it looked clean, so I’m not sure what caused that; I had to be careful to keep my shoes on. The manager on duty (or possibly the owner) apologized for the delay when they brought us our food.

However,... read more I ordered a simple #1 with fresh fries and extra sauce, and the only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars is that the beef and cheddar was really good! However, when I got my order, the fries were cold, so I sent them back. The young lady brought me back what must have been fries that were re-fried, but instead, I ended up with hot potato chips. I won’t be returning to this Arby’s again because they completely ignored my request for fresh, hot fries!
