Subway - Morro Bay

Really nice customer service. we watched how they cared for the customer before us and how they treated us, and I must say tonight 5 stars service! they went out of their way to make my daughter blt, as she wanted them to offer us roasted speck without throwing that brot as she wanted us not to have asked that they offered. I highly recommend going back to this place. it is super clean and very spacious. they wore masks. they also have drinks that are not offered on the usual subways aromatized agua frescas strawberry guava, watermelon gurke, mango limette . this is a bonus.

I ordered my sandwich online and pick up in store. They made it on time but put the wrong meat on sandwich which was really annoying. The worst part is that there was a sticker on my sandwich that has the expiration date of the meatballs… I was really disappointed.

I usually love Subway but this location is offering a strange sanitation trend, no place to wash your hands before you eat their sandwiches! I still can't believe they think that's normal. I'm not sure the staff washes but they do use those funny plastic gloves for just about everything. Welcome to subway, let me just tie off this trash bag and then I'll make your sandwich. WTF? Am I crazy or is it just nuts that a sandwich place, sandwiches that are eaten with the hands, Subway makes sandwiches and serves them to their customers who CAN NOT wash their hands before eating the Subway sandwich? Seems way counter intuitive or maybe it's a normal thing for employees, management, CEO's and franchise owners to eat sandwiches with unwashed hands so they expect customers to do it also. So strange. Anyway, I asked the staff if I could wash my hands and they kindly referred me to the pizza place two doors down, They have a place to wash your hands in the bathroom. So I walked two doors down and had an amazing chicken cheese sandwich that came with chips and I got a soda and it was all cheaper than Subway. By the way, the Subway staff was correct, the pizza place does have running hot water for hand washing.

I go to subway alot, but this little hole in the wall in morro bay is probably the best one I've been to. They didn't skimp on the meat, and where more than generous in the veggies. I wish they where ALL like that.
