I frequently visit this location, but I couldn't reach anyone to share my concerns since there was only one person at the register and another in the kitchen.

My favorite drink is the Strawberry Pina Colada, but today the woman who prepared it really didn't get it right—there was syrup settled at the bottom of the cup! Additionally, it wasn't blended properly, and I struggled to drink it because of the ice chunks. I'm really let down by this location. On a positive note, the gentleman at the front counter was quick and friendly!
