Pizza Hut - Morrisville

We live relatively close to the restaurant 1 mile) and was surprised how cold our food was when it arrived. We had to reheat prior to eating. Pan pizza apparently has gone downhill dramatically, is not nearly what it used to be. Barely any cheese on the pizzas we ordered.

I ordered pizza to be delivered at 7pm the driver left the store at 6:42 and it got to my house at 7:20pm (mind you I live 8 minutes from the store). The driver didn’t have it in the bag to keep it warm so when we got it it was cold. For $24 I at least expected the pizza to be warm?!

Morrisville Pizza Hut (Grace Park) has friendly staff, exceptional delivery drivers and good food. Fastest delivery I ever had!

I use to come here all the time. The manager a tall white guy gave me strong attitude because I told him it was inappropriate to make me wait while I was the only customer in the store and ordered online. My order was 10 min past due and another employee watched me from the back and said to wait for him. While I was trying to pay he made snarky comments the entire time and said I don't have to eat here so i left with no food. I changed my online account name and came back 2 weeks later. The same man as soon as he saw me said my order was cut wrong and he was unable to sell it to me. So I would have to wait for them to remake it. I felt he remembered me and knew I complained to corporate and attempted to sabotage my meal so i said no I'm ok and left. I WILL NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN I wish i could give negative stars.

Would not recommend delivery. My driver held my pizza until I tipped him. Because I didn’t tip on my credit card he would not leave it at my door instead he took it back to his car and said are you going to leave a tip. I felt intimidated and obligated to tip in order to get my food. I misunderstood the delivery and thought it was the tip so he quickly explained it was not the tip. As far as the pizza goes it was decent barely any cheese on some of the slices.
