Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar

How is this place still open? Unfortunately every BWW in the triangle is abysmal. But this one takes the cake. Every time I order pick up it 's a 30+ min...their pickup parking is only 15 min! What a joke. Once ordered and the counter told me they had no idea when it would be ready after waiting an HOUR plus. Horrible and neglectful service, barely mediocre food, and not an iota of apology or awareness that customers are unhappy. Shut this place down. Watch for the generic and out of touch corporate response to fill out a survey...They truly do not care and it shows. Go literally anywhere else but here.

Meant to take a pic.. I was hott my fries was hard chicken look like they was sitting and they redrop it again. The waiter and the manager stated the fryer is brand new. It might be true, but food didn't show it. They were polite and took the food off.

I liked BWW about 10yrs ago. This is the last time I’m going. Waste of money. Lots of other better wing joints in the triangle. Burned traditional wings, very little sauce. No need to respond to this review, either get good again or don’t.

Waited for so long time to place the order, I requested to place for every 10 minutes, went to the front desk everytime for every 10 minutes. After 45 minutes still no service, went home empty stomach without even having chance to place the order.

Closes at 1am, but couldn 't order any food that wasn 't wings at 8pm because the grill was off . Had to go get our own water from the nearby station because the waitress never came back.
