Greek Basma - Holly Springs

The gyro and French fries were delicious, but when you take a closer look at the gyro, you might find yourself wondering, "Where's the Meat?" There wasn't much meat in it at all. On the bright side, the baklava was outstanding. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, but I think the gyro should have come with more meat for the price. I also have to mention that the tzatziki sauce was among the best I've ever tasted!

I stopped in for lunch and ordered a Mediterranean plate, an extra lamb kebab, a falafel snack plate, and a tabbouleh salad. Everything was delicious, and we savored every bite! The kebabs were perfectly grilled and tender, while the hummus and baba ghanoush were wonderfully creamy. The falafels were fantastic too!

The food was absolutely fantastic! They were very generous with the tzatziki sauce, and everything we ordered was delicious. The kebabs were hearty and cooked to perfection! The only downside was the gyro sandwich, which had only two strips of meat in it. Haha! I ended up adding the kebabs and some of the extra cucumber sauce to create a huge gyro. It was packed with flavor, and the portion sizes were excellent. It's often hard to find good value for your money these days, but I was truly satisfied with my experience!

A friend recommended this hidden gem to me, and I'm so glad they did! I tried the gyro, which I paired with some perfectly seasoned fries that were cooked to perfection—crispy and just the way I like them. I'm not sure if the cucumber yogurt sauce is homemade, but it was truly delicious. The pita bread was soft and fresh as well. Next time, I might consider adding extra meat to my gyro. The service at the counter was fantastic—very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend checking this place out! I will definitely be returning!

The gyros and French fries were tasty, but the portion of meat was quite small. We decided to order extra meat for an additional $5, which made the meal feel a bit expensive. While the food was enjoyable, the floors were incredibly sticky, making it hard to walk without my shoes sticking with every step. This level of grease doesn’t accumulate overnight, so it was clear that cleaning wasn’t a priority. I can only guess that the kitchen and restrooms are in a similar state of disarray. I won’t be returning, as cleanliness is essential to me when dining out.
