I heard a lot of people talking about a woman named Mrs. Charlotte and I was curious if she was really as skilled as they said, or if she was just a scammer like others. After contacting her and investing $1000, I was amazed to see her expertise in managing my account. After 7 days of trading, I made a profit of $12,900. Upon our arrival at the farm, my husband sent our 12-year-old daughter and 8-year-old son inside to quickly retrieve the sausages while he waited in the car. However, an elderly lady at the farm accused us of not paying for the sausages and spoke harshly to my daughter, leaving her shocked and upset. When my husband went inside to address the situation, he was accused of allowing our daughter to steal four crates of sausages. I cannot believe that anyone would speak to children in such a rude and accusatory manner. I am concerned that this treatment may be a result of racism, especially given that this happened on Juneteenth. It is unacceptable for Wightman's Farm employees to behave in such a discriminatory and disrespectful manner. Moving forward, I hope that the staff at Wightman's Farm can learn to communicate with all customers, regardless of their age, in a respectful and fair manner. Accusations of theft or lying should only be made after proper investigation, and people should not be treated differently based on the color of their skin. Discriminatory and racist behavior will not be tolerated, and I will not be returning to a place that condones such actions.
This restaurant review is about a locally-owned farm market that hosts seasonal events. They offer fresh foods, delicious pies, and cider donuts. The staff is very polite and the produce is grown locally on their farms. They also sell fresh flowers and Christmas trees during the holiday season. The market is located in Harding on route 202. They typically close down in January and February, so it's best to check before visiting. The reviewer has been a customer for over 20 years and recently picked up an apple crisp during their visit.
This place was so much fun for me and the kids. There are hay rides that take you around the farm and you can see everything. After that ride you get to pick your own pumpkin. The apples are priced by the weight so be aware of how many you'd like (they're delicious btw) will definitely come back here.
Amazing experiance we went on indigenous day and did the apple picking tried some fair food and saw tons of activities for kids and adults. Awesome place to take the family
