I really love Krystals, but I had an issue with my recent order. I intended to order a 24-pack, but I mistakenly received only a 12-pack. I didn't realize this until I got home, which was quite disappointing, especially considering I live 600 miles away. Overall, it's a great place, but just be cautious with your orders!
