What Chuckles Singleton doesn't like about Bojangles:
Very slow and biscuits were cold and stale and steak was hard and dried out. This was on Saturday November 19th. Around 9:15 am The food was not fit to be eaten. The long was to long to complain plus we were already late for the event we had to attend. View all feedback.
Breakfast is advertised to be served all day, but it was not fresh. I ordered a Cajun biscuit combo with bo'rounds. The chicken was overcooked, making it tough and rubbery. The bo'rounds were hard and tasted stale. I had to go in and request that fresh food be made.
The service was extremely slow, and the biscuits were cold and stale. The steak was tough and overcooked. This experience took place on Saturday, November 19th, around 9:15 AM. The food was barely edible. The wait was too long for us to raise a complaint, and unfortunately, we were already running late for the event we needed to attend.
This location consistently disappoints. The chicken fingers are the smallest I've ever seen! And the side of mac and cheese is just two spoonfuls? Plus, the chicken sandwich comes without any pickles. What a letdown!
Went through the drive-thru to grab something quick for dinner. Unfortunately, it took much longer to get my order than I anticipated. Food was not very warm and had obviously sat for a while.
If all u ask for is a 4 piece tender combo, be prepared to get 7 small dried out giblets. probably pulled out of the fryer 3 hours ago. only one in line but waited 10 minutes. what was the 10 minutes for? certainly not edible chicken?
