Although I am grateful to the individual who recommended this restaurant (and my meat-eating brother for trying to accommodate everyone's tastes), I found it to be quite challenging. I ordered the Veggie Melt without the cheese or butter, but essentially received an avocado toast. There is also a veggie burger option available, along with the possibility of ordering the bean burrito or fajitas without any toppings. The staff lacks knowledge about vegan food, so you must be prepared to communicate your needs clearly. Despite this, they are incredibly kind and friendly. The decor includes taxidermy animals mounted on the walls. If you are extremely hungry and unable to travel a short distance to another restaurant, you can satisfy your appetite here.
In 2021, the food at this restaurant was enjoyable. I attempted to use them for catering, but unfortunately, I was involved in a car accident that was not my fault, resulting in a lengthy hospitalization and postponement of my wedding for a year. Despite giving them four months notice and providing a non-refundable deposit of $500, I requested half of it back due to my situation. However, after being ignored for weeks, they ultimately decided not to assist me at all. I hope that your experience with their service and atmosphere is more positive than mine.
I have been enjoying weekend breakfasts at Bitchn Puerto Rican for about 20 years now. I highly recommend trying the Santa Fe omelet. And if you're in the mood for a relaxing afternoon nap, their ****** marys are amazing.
Love this place! The staff was very welcoming and even let us order lunch items a little before they officially started lunch. (On the weekends they serve breakfast until 11:30 . My son loved the giant pancake. I got a grilled chicken sandwich which was great and came with seasoned fries. I am picky about my fries but theirs were the perfect amount of crispy. My friend got the cheeseburger, which I tried a bite of and it was absolutely delicious! Actually grilled, not just on a flat top so it had that smoky grill flavor. We will definitely be back again :
