Arthur's Tavern - MORRIS PLAINS

Like stepping into a classic joint from the 60s or 70s, Arthur’s combines great casual ambiance with friendly and fast service, serving thick steaks at reasonable prices.

Never disappoints! You may need to wait a few minutes during rush hour but you will always leave satisfied. I called Arthurs tonight on my way home from the hospital after spending a long day there. It was shortly before closing, but I was able to get an order in and I’m happy to say that the quality of take-home food is just as good as the restaurant experience. Bummed that I forgot to ask for the pickles but always a great meal.

Spectacular!! Was traveling on business, first time in area. So happy to have found Arthur's! Started with pre dinner pickles/pepper tray yummy!! Entrée was Seafood Combo (grilled salmon, crabcake, and shrimp). Huge serving, and fully intended to take half for later but was so delicious, ended up gobbling up every last morsel! Then, with no room for dessert, nonetheless could not resist trying the inhouse made cheesecake with strawberries. Again, big portion, and eagerly gobbled all of it! I arrived early (5 ish pm) for dinner and had no trouble parking (in back) or getting a table. By 6pm, the place was getting rather busy. My dining experience at Arthur's was extraordinarily delicious satisfying, with comfortable atmosphere, and attentive friendly service, and reasonably priced great value overall! Highly recommend!! Parking: Large shared parking lot behind. Plenty of spots when I was there, though that was pretty early (5 ish pm) so not sure about later.

Extremely good steak and sides foe criminally insanely low price. That's at least how I felt while eating 39 dollar Delmonico steak that should be at least 60 to 65 dollars minimum. I felt like I was stealing while paying such a low price for something that was much higher quality. Very good ambience. Very good food. Low low price. No wonder this place was almost packed by 6pm on Saturday evening

The food was divine and our server Robin was amazing. 10/10 ?
