Sorry after my bad experience just now. After an exhausting wait for the bus to Rome, I realize it's getting late and I go back to get something to eat since there's still 15 minutes left before the bus arrives and I'll have to go to work. I ask for a sandwich stuffed with aubergines and vegetables (really good looking and presentation) I state that I don't eat sausages and it was unique without it. I ask the girl (a foreigner just to be clear) what else the sandwich contained at first glance she didn't know and takes it with pliers just to see the contents. It also seemed to me that the grip from the professional hygienic point of view was not very careful, but the pliers were ok and let's pass. If she approaches it, she tells me the content, I say it's fine and from her hands without putting it down, it falls to the ground. Result no assistance or help I go out without a sandwich and without a replacement. I often have coffee and breakfast but I never imagined something like this. It denotes total inexperience and inadequacy of the girl and this thing is intolerable.
