I grabbed a wagon wheel crepe tonight and I didn't really enjoy it. first, it was widely served by hot, the crepe bakery was just roomtemp. I enjoy the combination of smooth cream against the crispy wafer. then I met the molten marshmallow and celestial. sugar rush! it tasted definitiw like a classic car wheel, but on another sugary level. Here one day, gone the next.... This food truck was parked behind my work for several weeks and I kept meaning to try it... finally did last week and had the basic lemon and sugar' crepe with an interesting twist lime and coconut sugar it was really delicious and sticky!
