Located in the shopping center Galleria, the coffee club has a large area of seating, well-lit and comfortable seating. menu selection is similar to all other coffee clubs. the service is generally fast and the staff is friendly. 4/5 after numerous visits. View all feedback.

The small tables were situated very close to each other. It felt like there's very little space between our table and the next. The staff were nice. The downside is when we asked for water, it is expected the customer grab the large water bottle and the cups themselves. I ordered the crispy chicken fillet burger with chips ($16.90). The most UNHYGIENIC cafe that I've ever been too. Female staff at counter, used the palm of her hand in an upward motion to wipe her snotty nose, then proceeded to pick her nose while taking customer's orders. Then picked up a tea towel she was previously using to dry the cutlery to wipe her snotty hand. To my horror, she then immediately proceeded to wipe new cutlery placed in front of her :/ She repeatedly used her hand to wipe her snotty nose for the one hour duration I was there. Such a health risk, cross-infecting unsuspecting (vulnerable) customers. The majority at that time were fragile seniors, plus pregnant mums & young children. If I could give zero stars I would. Revolting!! Within 48 hours I came down with cold-flu symptoms. So now I'm spending my one week holiday in bed :/ I'll be going to it's competitors from now on.
We came for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Food was average however the service was great and the staff were all friendly. Price wise it could be cheaper for the quality you receive
Average service, some stagf were really happy and cheerful, others not so much. Tea was refreshing as expected. Not a lot of gluten free options. Food is not fantastically fresh.
Staffs are unfriendly although they made a mistake with my order. I ordered a soy iced coffee but they gave me a normal iced latte. Because I'm allergic to milk(and I also paid extra for the soy milk), so I had to ask them to make it again. They were really unfriendly and gave me the "face". In the end, the coffee was not as nice as I expected, it was not cold enough and also less soy milk given. Very unpleasant to drink.
