It's just waiting to order your meal that can be trying but otherwise Nandos, Willetton is one of my favourite eating places any day of the week. I love their grilled peri chicken and peri peri chips combo, it's perfect for the family. Their wraps and burgers, salads too are great, it just depends on your taste - mild to very hot indeed! Ordered $49 worth of food. Burger bun was stale and like rubber yuck!!Chips good. The windows and glass in the restaurant were disgusting and really in need of a clean. I also noted the same issue on the glass fridge doors as well. A little bit of cleaning would go a long way. View all feedback.
An honest review for Morley Nando's and the ACCC I went there on two occasions. On both occasions they put literally a quarter of a bottle of chilli powder on the chips. The plate was red. The second time I thought "No, I'm not going to ignore this." So I told a buddy to refresh the chips. The cook had the nerve to say there wasn't a problem. I said there was and put my own cp. The staff were verbally abusive. I'd rather give minus. Yeah nice wrap
Went to Nando's in Morley today and was extremely disappointed. Oredered the "Two's a Party" platter and what a joke it was. Half a chicken, two tenderloins, two thigh pieces and two sides of chips. The chicken was scrawny, the two tenderloins were tiny and the two thigh pieces were barely bigger than a fifty cent piece! The chips came in two little bowls and they were awful. As bad as the food was so was the service. Only reason I went there was because my partner has never had Nando's and she wanted to try it. She vowed never to eat Nando's again. We both left hungry and my partner is by no means a big eater. Dont waste your time or money going there because we certainly wont be going again!!
A late dinner and new special $12 burger very filling. Service was great, polite and fast. Been here quite a few times and not yet disappointed at this store.
Always quality at Nandos. The food and service is meets a great standard and is always quick. Only bad thing I'll say about this place, is that it's always cold and you can never find a seat that isn't under the aircon haha.
Ordered $75 worth of nandos for myself, mrs and 2 young children. Short drive home and opened my double burger meal which was ice cold, bun stale and missing 1 of the chicken fillets... you have 1 job. Mrs called them and explained, manager was nice and took details to replace meal on next visit. Had the day off today, visited store at lunch to try my luck again and give them a chance to redeem themself, only to be told that only the burger would be replaced... even though they had the recorded promise and i also took my copy of the receipt. Argghh This place used to rock, wont be going back will go to other franchises in future. Shame used to be such a great place
