Texas Roadhouse - Morgantown

Our waiter Rocky was absolutely AMAZING!!! Such a high-beat happy personality, was so fast and tireless when we asked for additional things, checked on us regularly, recommended this DELICIOUS sangria margarita, just around probably the BEST waiters I had EVER!!! Beautiful atmosphere, fast and wonderful service and especially the food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Rocky must be promoted to administration or something because he is really amazing and seems his work as the shirt said lol, but in all honesty he is really a WONDERFUL person around!!!!

Food was very good. Steak was perfect, rolls hot fresh even though they were packed the wait time was very short . Staff was spot on with delivery courteous. I will go again with no hesitations. We dined in while it poured rain out. Restaurants always get slammed when it rains but they handled it with the utmost professional courteous manner I have seen in a long time.

Have to say one of the best meals I have eaten in a restaurant in awhile. Service very good. They have a mighty good cook there, hope they keep up the good work.

Small 10 minute wait at 830pm on a Wednesday. Half the place empty, but im guessing low staff. Place was sticky and slimy. The ladies bathroom is disgusting. Brown stuff slopped on the emergency light?? At least 2 toilets were broken and unflushable. They sat us at a bench, which had sticky seats and the table still had splatters of...milk? We just wiped it off with our napkins. Also, the light above the table had splattered food all up inside it. Lovely sight while eating. My plate was cracked clear though. Food and my fork kept getting stuck on it. Partner got a steak and at least a third of it was fat and bristle and inedible. The grilled chicken was dry as a mummy from the flat iron. If we hadn't been hungry and tired, I would have sent the chicken back. The staff was super efficient.

This is a American cruzine restaurant specialize in steaks. We had 8oz of grilled salmon and ribeye with loaded bake potato. They serve home made bread with whipped cream butter free to get you started. Food was excellent We were place on table 35 where no waiter wanted to serve us, as I was the only color person there (indian descent). Host had to ask several servers and they all say no in front of us. Then the host himself had to come and take our order and gave us drinks. Then he also passes us to the Bartender who didn't bring us the food but did come 3 times to ck is all was okay. Bartender who was our last waiter never picked up used dishes or bread basket.. even we had pulled it up. Never had this experience 40yrs is USA
