I ordered a gluten-free crust for the "vegan pizza." It was an 11-inch pizza with red sauce, vegan cheese, vegan spicy chorizo, fresh basil, green bell peppers, mushrooms, and olive oil. The crust had a nice texture, not chewy or burnt. The cheese was melted well. The spicy vegan chorizo had a mild kick. There was too much olive oil, which almost ruined the pizza, but not quite. I routinely get a build your own almost every Saturday. Employees are kind, quick, and efficient as you order. Ingredients are of great quality and variety in choices. The interior is kept extremely clean and relaxed even during extremely busy hours. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
