Lake House - Morgantown

Great location, lots of flies (I mean, they?re on the lake, so I guess that?s to be expected), The Bang Bang Shrimp was AMAZING, but the entrees took us downhill. Mom and I ordered the crab cakes thinking that the proximity to Maryland and the fact that this place is supposed to be known for them would mean they?d be really good. They were just ok. I?ve had better in land-locked Colorado, to be honest. Dad ordered a steak that was overcooked. We didn?t bother with dessert. I gave three stars for the location and the service. We were our server?s first table on her own, and she did very well! We never felt forgotten, and despite it getting busy for her, she was extremely attentive. I would definitely come back here, but mainly for sunset views or something, and I won?t have high expectations of the food. Maybe it was just an off night? Note: we came here because Tropics was closed.

This place was absolutely terrible. The food took an hr and the food was bland. i got the angus steak sandwich and it didn?t even come with peppers like i asked. the steak was also very bland with cheese on top. also my friend got fries and there was a piece of hair on it. I do not recommend coming here.

Enjoy sitting the covered terrace and watching the water. Very friendly staff and some delicious food.

Fantastic place for food and drinks and entertainment. Beautiful lake side views, staff friendly and courteous. Took awhile for out food, but when served it was cooked just the way we ordered it. Lauren our server was great dealing with many tables but able to maintain quality service.

The service was excellent and friendly. The food fish sandwich and steak sandwich were good. Outside the food, the outlet had a nice view. I recommend the Lake House!
