The chicken was dry when it used to be so... read more I drove through the drive-thru around 5:00 this evening, 3/18/24. Service was great. But the food was less than good. The chicken was dry when it used to be so delicious. The size of the pieces (legs and thighs) were so much smaller than they used to be. Who are you buying your chicken from? It's a shame. The chicken coating was a little bitter as well, even though I ordered original recipe. Just not up to par any longer. Unfortunately, I don't have a reason to go back. Wouldn't hurt to fix the potholes in the drive-thru as well.

I placed my order at 3:11, and stood there w... read more I just spent 25 minutes standing at the front counter, waiting on the 2 chicken sandwiches I ordered as a take-out. I placed my order at 3:11, and stood there watching as the employees apparently struggled to figure out how to make 2 sandwiches. Some time around 3:25, an employee approached me and said we 're waiting on the fillets, it 'll only be another minute. Ten minutes later, at 3:35, a lady walked up to the counter and set my bag down, and immediately turned to walk away. I had to stop her, so I could ask for sauce. I then told her I 've been waiting more than 20 minutes, and asked for a manager. She told me the manager was in the back, and to wait. So I waited for another minute, then left. No employees approached me to apologize, no manager talked to me the whole time I stood there. How can you run a business like this?
