This Wendy’s is conveniently located but the service is very slow. The food was just okay. Prepared correctly but not much to it for the expense and the long wait time to get your food. It was at least very clean inside. View all feedback.
Very clean, workers were super nice. food was fresh and delicious, and the wait was short.
Omg. The service is so slow. From the point I got into the line to when I got my food was 30 minutes. They were literally doing one order at the time in the drive thru and after we got our order placed and paid we were told another 4 minutes. This is just for a chicken and wrap and salad. The wrap was poorly done to top it off. I would recommend to just go any place else.
Wasn’t open during operation hours. Ordered through DoorDash, then cancelled that order to place an order in store in person. Went through drive through and they wouldn’t answer. Then I call the store and they answer oh we closed hours ago…..I highly doubt that if you’re still there and answered the phone . You’re supposed to be open till 2am. Not closed at 11.
We were there at approximately 1:30 on March 24th. My wife and I waited about 15 minutes to get to the register. The guy said I'll be with you in a minute. Approximately 15 minutes later, our order had not been taken. So, we walked next door to Arby's and had food in 5 minutes or less and walked back to our vehicle at Wendy's and we were on our way. We eat at Wendy's a lot. Usually the one in Mocksville. We've never had an issue. Perhaps your owner could talk to them and find out how they do it!
Food is Sub-Par , Service is Lousy ,Takes forever to get waited on , Prices are outrageous.
