What User dislikes about Kfc:
After a 10-minute wait to reach the window, I discovered that there was no one behind me in line after I paid. The manager insisted that I leave or she would refund my money, accusing me of wasting her time. I refused to budge, and in the end, she did refund my money. I paid $70.00 for a 16 piece bucket family size sides. Plus 10 drumsticks. My wings were less than 3inches. What kind of bird has wings that size? Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
Lady taking money at register very rude because she had to count the ones I gave her and 65 cent in change . If you can't handle retail get out....she had on a manager's shirt as well. Sorry I work in retail as well but,would never say geez and make the customer feel less than Sorry but, i work hard for my money as well as she does . If you can't do the job get out. On top of that my order was wrong. Hope you guys get it together. Service: Take out
Kid-friendliness: Manager (Sharon) was very rude to her employee in front of me (a dasher) and another customer. The cashier girl was trying to count money and supposedly wasn’t going faster enough and the manager raised her voice at her and was rude neither which should have happened and it shouldn’t have happened in front of us. The lady shouldn’t be in management in my professional opinion. Service: Delivery
I would not go back. I was extremely tired, and the drive-thru employee kept my credit card and used it for someone else's order. The supervisor even raised her voice at me for taking up her time when she returned it. There was no offer for a refund on the overcharged items. I heard that this happened to at least three other people that same day. It's really disappointing. I ended up canceling my card. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner
