Unfortunately, tonight was not the best for the food, though the service remained good, as it always has been. Given the concerns with romaine lettuce, I didn't anticipate having that, but I was hoping for bib lettuce instead. My wife and I both ordered the Prime Rib, which arrived fairly quickly while we were still finishing our salads. The meat was tender and had a decent flavor, but it was served cool to the touch, and the au jus was similarly lukewarm. For dessert, we opted for the blueberry bread pudding, which we knew was the last piece available. Unfortunately, it also came out cool and was served without the usual sauce that accompanies bread pudding. If this had been our first experience, we might not return, but we understand that any restaurant can have an off night. We will definitely give it another try.

I was really disappointed to see that as we... read more The only reason I gave this place two stars is that they carried my preferred beer, which is hard to find elsewhere. I was really disappointed to see that as we left, another couple followed us out. We even noticed them climbing into their truck. It seemed unfair that we received such poor service while those two couples in their mid-40s were excessively over-served. They had a bucket overflowing with empty beer bottles on their table—I'm talking about an estimated 14 bottles—and it's infuriating just to think about it.
