Our pizza didn’t arrive at our table until 12:05, while we noticed that other tables had been served twice! Most of the servers seemed overwhelmed, but ours was not very attentive. When our pizza finally came, it was delicious, and the other food we saw looked great too. However, it was a long wait until 12:45.

Making the trip to Morganfield was well worth it for this delightful experience. The service was excellent as well.

He ordered a pork tenderloin sandwich and fries, while I opted for a cheeseburger and fries. The service was fantastic—our waitress was friendly and attentive. Our food arrived shortly after we sat down, and we were both impressed. My husband remarked that his pork tenderloin sandwich was the best he’d had in a long time, and my cheeseburger was equally excellent. The bun for my burger was buttery and perfectly grilled! The cheese burger itself was made from fresh ground beef and was delicious! In fact, it was the best cheeseburger I’ve had in quite some time as well. Even the fries were great! I highly recommend this charming mom-and-pop restaurant! It’s about an hour’s drive from us, but the food is so good that my husband and I are considering making this drive occasionally just to eat there. It’s definitely worth it!
