Ruby Chinese Take Away - Moreton Bay

It had been a while since I was eating here and many things had not changed. The food is good or at least typical of budget priced Chinese outlets. The service was fairly prompt and I guess the pricing is still competitive for an everyday quick food, Mum's night off sort of deal. Overall it is worth going to but I have found another Chinese outlet nearby that is performing very well, and it now is more enticing than this one.

Visited recently with my husband for takeaway. Great service and good food. I would definitely visit again.

We have been to Ruby Sun for both take away and dine in for the buffet. We now don't go anywhere else. The food is amazing! Best Chinese food by far and a huge family favorite. The service is quick and friendly, and the prices fantastic. Highly recommended!

While it is cheap Chinese dining Friday & Saturday I tend to find the tastes of dishes all very much the same not much difference between pork & chicken as I said it is relatively cheap and you can either eat in and order of the menu or have buffet for about $15.00 or takeaway staff are friendly and efficient service is reasonably quick

First for me, personally; smorgasboard type hot bain maree self serve, restaurant and take-away in three different rooms. Small shop... We viewed meals on offer in the self service area and ordered takeaway which was prepared in the kitchen to order. Consistent trade leading up to meal time with a family in the dine in area and phone orders coming and going. Some cold drinks on sale and reading material and seating at the counter awaiting our order. We chose the two assortment samples of meals sold and took home a menu. Food was hot, quality meat i.e. no gersal and nuckle. Fried noodles and prawn crackers were powdery as if the deep fryer oil was old or 'keep the oil good' trend powder was sold to another unlucky restaurant. Sweet and sour sauce good, fried rice tastee and chicken some of the best I have ever had! Lots of vegetables and no hidden pineapple kids meal hurdles to wrestle with youngsters. Self serve, small and large containers and under ten for a large serve.
