What User doesn't like about Golden Horse Chinese Restaurant:
I went here Thursday. Decided to dine in rather than eat in the car even though its about $3 a dish more to eat in.I found it odd that you can't get sizzling platters without peking sauce - that's their only option. Meat with peking sauce and no veg (or mongolian).We ordered king prawns and veg which was delicious (very large vegetables though which are so hard to cut without a knife - I accidentally spilt it all ove... Very poor service told 30 to 40 minutes waiting for an hour. Resturant made a mistake with the order if additional 50 cents could not pay by eftpos, because $15 min. had to go to the bank to withdraw $2. only to get 50 cent. attitude very poor they made mistakes, why calculate customers 50 cent. Now they've lost me and I can assure them I'm telling everyone I'm staying away.
Great place to dine, the food is amazing. Difficult to get through on the phone be patient
The best Chinese going around. Friendly staff, food always fresh and hot. Never bad!
I have had some really bad food before. But this takes the cake. Not only did we have to wait 50 minutes for the order in the store. It was expencive and I have eaten better food at my nans retirement home. Absolutly foul. Would not reccomend to anyone. We did not eat this, it tasted bland as water and unevenly cooked. Was a waste of nearly $40
Go there a bit. Always good. Girls are polite. Can be a bit slow a times but that is because of the high demand for there food. But you'll always get a good feed.
