Surprisingly, the laboratory was small, just a single room in the cellar, but getting a glimpse of the creative and technical processes behind the award-winning drinks was a privilege. Though the drinks were on the pricier side (20 per drink when we visited), they were far from ordinary and certainly worth every penny.

Located within a luxurious hotel (enter through the main hotel entrance and then turn left inside), we had a fantastic experience with excellent service. The cocktails were impeccable, although on the higher end in terms of price (around £19 per cocktail), they were definitely worth every penny. We will definitely be returning, as often as we can.

Of course, the expensive side, but the ambiente and the service is impeccable.
