Lo p... read more Seguramente la chica que me atendió no es la dueña ya que su servicio deja mucho que desear. Ni una sonrisa, incluso se le notaba cierto enfado en la cara. Lo peor fue cuando me di cuenta de que en lugar de los 10 chocolates que pagué solamente había 9 en la bolsa. Regresé reclamar y si antes la chica estaba de mal humor, ahora peor. No se que problemas personales tenga la chica, pero no debería de reflejarlos con los clientes.

Tienen promociones 3x2, 2x1, etc. Y está bien ubicado, justo en los portales con vista a la plaza de armas y a catedral. Los precios son buenos y la comidas y l... read more Tienen promociones 3x2, 2x1, etc. Y está bien ubicado, justo en los portales con vista a la plaza de armas y a catedral. Los precios son buenos y la comidas y los chocolates son muy ricos, el problema es que la atención es muy mala, parece que les molesta tener clientes.

I order the hot chocolate which wa... read more I am a huge fan of chocolate shops and always looking out for them so while walking around downtown this was an obvious stop. I order the hot chocolate which was made from rich dark chocolate very very good for a cold and windy day. Keeping in mind this is not artisanal Mexican hot chocolate with all the spices but pure chocolate with milk. We bought 5 bonbons and can’t wait to try them at home.

Terrible, over sweet, gritty... read more Lovely shop, very well presented. We were attracted to this shop like moths to the light; even breaking our diet to buy chocolates. Terrible, over sweet, gritty, miserable chocolate. It was bad, irredeemable even, we had one each and threw the rest away. It was like they had no reference point for chocolate. I'm sad now... :
