Wendy's - Morehead

Lunch service was always fast and great. The food and the prices are good.

After pulling away from window, we noticed our order looked incorrect. After checking we found that my husbands triple burger was missing. The lobby was closed and the line had gotten backed all the way round the building. I called and they immediately knew my order and asked me to pull around to a parking spot. Less than 5 mins later my whole order was fresh and correct! Everyone makes mistakes….but to those that accept their mistake and do their best to fix it, THANK YOU! You are very much appreciated.

This is my families go to for a quick easy meal when I do not cook. We are definitely become regular customers who normally order the exact same items everytime. I am really hoping they bring back those pub fries very soon tho would love to see thise become a permanent menu item!! Most of our experiences are positive with the food and the service is fastfood basic for the most part. If I am being honest we all are struggling with employee shortages everywhere as employees ourselves or as the customer I am very understanding to this situation even when a negative experience appears once or twice. I do appreciate their hard work and I am happy with the quality of food minus just a few mishaps along the way. I do suggest that everyone always double checks their items before getting home at every visit to save issues later but I also would suggest that everywhere these days tho.

Best Wendy's I've eaten at by far. Always an amazing experience here. Hot food, fast drive thru, correct orders, very efficient.

Love Wendy's. Best chicken nuggets around. And the folks at the Morehead store get everyone on and out quickly. Great place. Great employees.
