What James W doesn't like about Fazoli's:
They were kids (College) working. First, the whole thing started with the one that took my order, he hit the wrong button on the register. So now the guys making my order, made what was not what I wanted. The guy at the register cought his mistake and told the preparers to fix it. But they still gave me what I didn't order. We love our Morehead Fazoli's. We are so grateful the Markwells brought it back to our hometown. We like the real dishes when dining there, outside seating, catering, etc...
Fazoli is in morehead is great! We had a wonderful and friendly service. Jamie was very nice. I would recommend it to everyone.
