What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I unfortunately ordered 2 caramel frappes instead of one mocha at the window. When I asked to change it, they said it was already made and couldn't be changed. I then asked them to just add one mocha to my order, but they ignored me. They never gave me my drink and closed the window before I could leave. This load and the personal are amazing! during the kovid, it is very difficult to receive objects, since no one wants to work on the distribution chains. they can go to any other dieucks and they will experience the same problem with not having some of the articles often. this load makes an amazing job and should do more credit for the hard work they do. the customer service is not a simple job.

They literally never have any food items. I love driving across town every day and they never have anything in stock. Sad for a new Starbucks. One on campus does better with their inventory
Everytime I go here, this place is always out of things. Went through drive thru today and they were out of food. Seriously? Or did they just not want to make it because it was 9:00pm, and they close at 930pm. I would understand being out of items during grand opening, but nearly 5 months being open this is still an issue. I really like Starbucks desserts, but I can never seem to get one at this location because they are always out of them. Very disappointing.
I Love this Starbucks location. Everyone is always cheerful, and so nice. Lines are hardly ever long and when they are elomg it moves very quickly!
