What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I unfortunately ordered 2 caramel frappes instead of one mocha at the window. When I asked to change it, they said it was already made and couldn't be changed. I then asked them to just add one mocha to my order, but they ignored me. They never gave me my drink and closed the window before I could leave. I placed my order at 10:28 AM and it wasn't ready until 11:06 AM. I'm not sure if the restaurant is poorly managed or just severely understaffed. If you're on the go, be prepared to wait.
The service at this restaurant is great, with super friendly baristas and good drinks. However, there is a major issue with the parking lot situation. There is barely any room to park and no room to get out without waiting through the drive-thru line. The drive-thru is always backed up due to this poor exit situation. If you show up at the same time as their truck delivery, you can't even see how long the line is until you've already pulled in and then you are trapped. It is frustrating that the parking is inside the drive-thru line, making it difficult to navigate. The parking lot issues have gotten to the point where I don't even bother going anymore because I never know if it will be a 5-minute wait or a 40-minute wait. This is not the barista's fault, it is almost entirely due to the parking lot issues.
I have been working at this restaurant since June and as an employee, I can confirm that the service is awful and no one should buy anything from this establishment. The dishwasher is never clean and the water that comes out is always dirty. There is black mold in the sprayers that are used to clean the blender, steaming pitchers, and shakers. The metal covers over the ice bins are also covered in black mold. Flies and gnats are everywhere in the building, including in the food display case. The store managers have been disrespectful and unkind to all of the employees, causing many to cry on multiple occasions. Starbucks does not treat its workers properly and provides very poor food service.
The food was ok, but the service was phenomenal! So friendly! Even though they were busy and a little backed up, they were so nice about the wait.
