Our recent exploration of a local KFC revealed a spectrum of experiences, particularly around takeout services. While the ambiance scored decently and some diners praised the food, several patrons found themselves disillusioned by inconsistent service. We didn?t even make it around the drive through. The woman at who took our order was completely disrespectful. She asked if we wanted a chicken little or the big version of the sandwich we wanted. When we said big she then began yelling at us because theydidn?t have ?big enough chicken? to make a sandwich. There is no way we could have known that because it was not previouslystated and the way she reacted was ridiculous. We ended up just leaving because of her reaction and the fact that she decided toscream over a chicken sandwich. Grow up.
Whoever was working drive-thru 7/12 around 8pm was EXTREMELY rude. To me the car ordering while I was at the window. Find someone with better customer service skills to run your window.
This KFC drive-thru is remarkably fast, and the staff is always friendly. The famous bowls are consistently satisfying and delicious, leaving you feeling full. While the popcorn chicken tastes good, it could use a little more seasoning. The 2-piece combo is a fantastic choice for everyone, offering great sides like creamy and buttery mashed potatoes, along with classic macaroni and cheese that has savory melted cheese—definitely not the country style. The biscuits are always a treat when they're warm, and some family members enjoy drizzling honey over theirs. I highly recommend this fast and friendly location!
The two sides are priced at $6, which is fair, but I wouldn't say they are anything extraordinary for that amount!
