The food was good and the service was quick. I was disappointed that they didn't have jalapenos, but I understand that it's not something they offer. I also wish I could fully customize my sandwich. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and the service was great. I dined in for lunch and would give the food a rating of 4, the service a rating of 5, and the atmosphere a rating of 4. View all feedback.

It's ok. I like their sandwiches. Friendly people also.
I love the subs. I got a gift card and its been nice. Was disappointed in the bacon sub thou. Dont like cold bacon on subs.

Lobby not open, ok, but at least get my order correct. Ordered a giant Bootlegger Club with cheese...$1.50 extra...and did not even get cheese. Ordered oil and vinegar...no dice. Get yourself together Jimmy John's. This is not Rocket Science. When done well, it is an excellent product, this was not such a time.
