On top of that... read more If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I come in for cheese fries but receive cheese curds instead—not once, not twice, but three times. On top of that, I never got my change back any of those times.

This was our first visit to Cook Out. The menu was a bit confusing. Instead of sliced cheese, the burgers came with a cheese sauce. The fries and overall flavor... read more This was our first visit to Cook Out. The menu was a bit confusing. Instead of sliced cheese, the burgers came with a cheese sauce. The fries and overall flavor were just average. We probably wouldn’t go out of our way to eat here again, but if it was the only option, it would be acceptable. The drive-thru was also confusing, as the two lanes merged awkwardly at the corner of the building, making it hard to tell who should go first. On the plus side, the food was prepared quickly, so there was no wait.

Eventually, a girl came out and told everyone in line that they had just opened and it would take at least 15 minutes to get their orders. This was during lunchtime!

I only noticed this on my way home. Overall, I would definitely consider coming back to this restaurant.
