Office closed and a makeshift office operating in one of the hotel rooms plus the restaurant closed due to same fire. NIL prior notification given to me. Nothing noted on website. NOR was any compensation offered due to the lack of services/ conveniences. Left waiting for 20 minutes or more whilst checking in! Motel worker took phone calls showed new owner? a bloke how to process a check in, did not put calls on hold, left me waiting standing after 7 hour drive while taking three calls. Booked through booking dot com. Motel check in didn't tell me where my room was! I walked around looking for it! Couldn't swing a cat in the hotel room! Door handle fell off the bathroom door TWICE! Payment is over priced for basic room that's what the motel called it, not the website . And NO service given at book in...just a key! Must be better options in other places. CLEANERS were AWESOME!!!!
"We ended up in the last available room after a long journey. I was pleased to see that they had accommodations for disabled guests. However, I found the charge of $187.89 to be excessive. The bathroom had issues, with the faucets in the sink and shower being recessed. While the shower problems could potentially be addressed, it was not clean and felt slippery. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and wouldn't recommend this place or return myself. Room: 2/5 Service: 1/5 Location: 2/5"
The room was incredibly cramped and didn't match the photos we saw online at all. We had no hot water, and there was trash under the bed. One night, the reception/restaurant, which was only about 30 meters from our room, caught fire, and we were not evacuated. The next morning, we only learned about the fire when we saw the police outside the reception and noticed the police tape across the street. Overall, it was not worth the price we paid for the room.

It's slightly on the pricey side, but the pools are what make it our favorite spot to visit, so the cost is justified. The rooms are generally comfortable and clean, though the smaller ones feel a bit cramped and are starting to show some signs of aging (just a little). We typically opt for the studios, which are quite spacious. Ratings: Rooms: 4, Service: 5, Location: 5.
I have never felt so disappointed with my accommodation. At $160, it felt like a rip-off compared to the same price for much nicer rooms in Dubbo and Stanthorpe. The room was very small, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly; there was hair left in the shower area. The walls showed signs of patchwork repairs and mismatched paint, clearly indicating DIY fixes. There was nowhere to hang wet towels or swimsuits from the pool. On a positive note, the bed was new and comfortable. The cold pool was nice and clean, and the heated outdoor pool was enjoyable to use at night. Overall, I would rate the rooms and service as 1 star.
However, the air conditioning in our room left much to be desired. It provided no cooling—only a fan—and had no filter (see pictures). The room was uncomfortably warm, and we couldn't leave the door open because the security screen didn’t lock. The smell from the air conditioner was unpleasant, reminiscent of an old vacuum cleaner that hasn’t been emptied in a while, indicating it hadn't been serviced in a long time and had a significant amount of mold. I had to turn it off and persuade my wife that I had locked the screen door! The manager was very receptive to our concerns and mentioned that he had just started working there. He assured me that all the air conditioners would be checked, serviced, or replaced. If this doesn’t happen, it could become a health department issue. With the right resources for the manager and staff, this could be a fantastic place to stay, but currently, there are significant shortcomings. Overall ratings: Rooms: 2, Service: 4, Location: 4.

Seriously you have bamboo plates and cutlery that don’t suit microwaves. Your Wi-Fi service is below par, don’t service it it u don’t have it. Your health spas are great but it can’t make up for everything else Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 3
