The Seven Stills is a cozy, family-owned whisky lounge and French bistro located in the charming Speyside town of Dufftown. With a collection of over 300 single malt whiskies, a variety of Scottish gins, vodkas, craft beers and ciders, as well as Scotland's inaugural rum, guests are spoilt for choice. Chef Patrick showcases his culinary artistry with a menu featuring tapas, soups, platters, daily specials, and desserts inspired by his French heritage. All dishes are crafted with care using fresh Scottish ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible.

The food is not bad, but highly overpriced. With 45£ for three course dinner it’s double the price for bar food dinner. Had better diners in bars for half the price

Food was very good, and atmosphere was great. Lots of good cask ale and of course a fantastic selection of whiskeys!
Stopped in for some drams with pals. Was full for food but we returned later for a few more whisky’s. Awesome place, fantastic service. Be sure to check out the miniature room. If you are lucky enough you may get to sample their Crème Brûlée....
