The best bowls of cheese, soup was never very good, tea, coffee was very disappointing! However, that may have been a bad choice. Personally I felt the whole thing was too complicated, not just a wide variety of coffee, but three or four different ways to serve. The service was very slow and would have been fine if we could spend an hour or so, I'm sure some people might do. The prices were reasonable. I'd just go ba... View all feedback.
We went to Casa Dava school for the second time and was, very disappointed! It was and another couple did in a few minutes behind us and we ended up walking because the service was terrible. We went to the coffee and took about 20 minutes to get there and then waited for a serving more than 10 minutes just for 4 coffees and we were the only people in! Then we went to his selection of cakes and all he had was a bag of cheese, 1 little carrot cake and 4 pieces at 2 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. Very, very limited selection of cakes and service is very bad, so disappointed
Nice to have a destination when out for a drive. Thoroughly recommend this place for the most wonderful selection of coffee, and a few select teas, not to mention the Home bakes (banana bread was fab). Been twice in a week and will be back again soon. From Nairn or Grantown-on-Spey it’s a lovely road with beautiful scenery.
In addition to great coffee, they also offer delicious cakes that rival those seen on baking competitions, and the tea room offers lovely views of Dava moor. This spot is ideal for enjoying a relaxing cuppa, although you may find it hard to leave with so many varieties to try! The staff here are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. This business truly deserves to thrive - cheers to them!
We were going through the food so we got into a quick coffee. We were warmly greeted by Sharon that we decided to stay for a light bite to eat like this!The range of coffees they offer is very good. Surprisingly, grains are toasted by the owners and are very good! (Also beans and ground coffee are sold to take and enjoy them. They also offer a very good selection of teas.The variety of foods on offer is not extensive, but the quality is excellent!The service is intended not at quality speed this is a rare today when most quality businesses make you feel like a conveyor belt! It is a service like this rest welcome to the hustle and bustle of everyday life!Undoubtedly call back when you are in the area.
