Attached to the local Golf Club, this quality eatery is perfect for celebrations, or just having a few drinks and finger food on the verandah on Sunday afternoon. The little hamburgers are perfect accompaniment to drinks with friends. The ambience always us of Hayman Island (without the ocean). What User doesn't like about Woods & Irons Restaurant:
the ordered Camembert wedges to share for starter and meal were delivered in the middle of the table with no side plates. camembert bordered on burned. the waitress disappeared and had to use serviettes as a teller! 1 hour after the starter became for the main...course (restaurant was only 1/3 full). I ordered ricotta mushrooms, which was served cold with carrots recommended for kartoffels (not before malnutrition).... View all feedback.

The atmosphere is fantastic, the restaurant is well-run, the prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. What more could you want?
Excellent service! The new manager Chris was extremely professional and was out engaging with customers. We were well looked after by him and his amazing staff. Looking forward to visiting again!
Great 10 hole golf coarse with plenty of cold beer...
The food is always amazing and the staff is always friendly! I will definitely return.
