we had a family member who was with us, so we wanted to take them somewhere nice to dinner. during the table service for drinks was great our meal took 50 minutes to get out. when we retreated one of our sons eating, it had a boiled fly in its chips. we did not stay dessert because we made sure the timing explodes again. THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS !!! spent one night here woke up in the morning covered in bites in my groin and under arms . been itching for days now hotel denied that it was from them. yet I went to bed with no bites and woke up covered in them will never stay here again will never come back

My sisters and I celebrated my birthday at The Western Heritage tonight, and we absolutely loved it! The service from all the staff was incredibly friendly and prompt. They truly went above and beyond to make our evening special. The talented chef has crafted a beautiful seasonal menu, making the food simply irresistible, and the drinks were divine. Thank you!
