Waiting for the train we stopped in here. Good food friendly faces a good spot to have lunch. We had the cod and chips very tasty. Thanks ladies you added to a great trip. View all feedback.
What Daren Mueller doesn't like about Sky Ranch Restaurant:
A very limited food offering , crunchy chicken wraps had no taste . Chicken was definitely not fresh. Caesar salad...not sure what the dressing was, too much of it . Asked for no bacon on the salad, had big chunks . Realize it's the north and things are more expensive.... Two wraps , a very small salad and a bottle of water...$34 plus. View all feedback.
I've had decent food from Bourbon Street Grill, but this particular one at Pickering Town Centre is in short disgusting.
Don't let the outside of this restaurant deter you from entering. Once inside you will be greeted by the charming staff and friendly locals or other tourists. Delicious cooked on site roast turkey dinners and traditional Newfoundland dinner awaits for your supper. So glad we went... charming, delicious, friendly, and affordable!
The proverbial "hole in the wall" performed very well. Visited by locals, tourists, and aircrew, this diner-style place offers up traditional diner-style grub. The hamburger was excellent. The chicken club had genuine chicken in it. The chicken nuggets brought up the rear, clearly frozen pre-fab....More
Had the fish and chips one meal and it was good. Shepherd's pie was decent. Blt was bland and had so little bacon. Trying the ozzy burger now, with higher hopes. Last day of work here. Will miss you sky ranch and moosonee lol
Literally the best pountine I've ever had. Hot dog, turkey, stuffing, ground beef. Unreal. Gravy was fantastic, service was good and the beer was cold.
