Every dish we ordered was delicious, from the hamburgers to the pizza to the special of the day. The food was satisfying and perfect for our trip. Even though there weren't many options for restaurants in the area, we were not disappointed. The service was exceptional, with two attentive waitstaff and friendly owners who stopped by to chat. Overall, our dining experience at Sky Ranch was fantastic.

We were happy to find this little diner, and... read more We took the Polar Bear Express north to Moosonee and found the Sky Ranch Restaurant on our walk to the public dock. We were happy to find this little diner, and were extremely pleased with our lunch. They had a special of fish (cod) and...chips which included pea soup with dumplings. I was a bit skeptical, but pleasantly surprised. The soup was very tasty and I was glad I tried it. The cod was also very good, but the hit for me was the homemade tarter sauce. It had a bit more of a tang than most, and I truly enjoyed it. As we finished, I noticed pies in the cooler and thought if they were as good as the soup and tarter sauce, I should try a piece. I was not disappointed. The coconut cream pie was very, very good. We hit the jackpot at Sky Ranch. A special shout out to Marylyn, our waitress, who did a splendid job serving us.
