Kfc - Moosomin
Kfc
Description
KFC delivers solid, budget-friendly lunch options (CA$10–20) with standout items like the Big Crunch, Boneless Combo and Zinger sandwiches. Food quality scores well and portions satisfy, making it a reliable quick-stop for chicken fans. However, experiences vary: the atmosphere is utilitarian and service and delivery can be inconsistent, with occasional order errors and customer service issues. Best for fast, affordable meals rather than leisurely dining — mind order details and delivery expectations.

I ordered food for delivery, and it was supposed to arrive around 8:25 PM. It's now 9:20 PM, and I’ve been trying to reach KFC Canada since 8:30 PM, but they haven’t answered my calls. Now the order status says "delivered," but I haven’t received anything. It seems like they’re just scamming people—first, they accept your order online, and then they mark it as delivered to avoid issuing a refund. Thanks, KFC, for making my day even worse.
I attempted to order a boneless chicken bucket but spent around ten minutes trying to explain to the woman that I wanted a family-sized bucket, not a small single-serving one. When I finally received my order, it contained chicken drumsticks and other bone-in pieces. I was frustrated, and when I called back, they told me that I had gotten what I ordered and did nothing to resolve the mistake. (Edit) I called again, and they asked me to come back to fix it at no additional cost. When I returned, it was free, but it still wasn't what I had ordered. Overall, I was very disappointed.
However, when I asked for the three-tier pizza box, the staff whispered among themselves in a way that felt unprofessional and then informed me that they had run out of pizza dough. Seriously, what kind of Pizza Hut runs out of pizza dough on a Saturday night? When I pointed out the absurdity of their excuse, another employee mentioned that they only had frozen pizzas, which take an hour to cook. I couldn't help but think that this place needs to seriously reconsider how they’re cooking their pizzas instead of relying on some makeshift method. As I pressed further, it became clear that the staff was trying to come up with excuses. It seemed like they were all in cahoots, doing the bare minimum to avoid getting fired while still collecting a paycheck. The service was terrible, and the overall experience was disappointing. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if the countertops were so dirty that someone could catch salmonella just from being there.
The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. We ordered a family meal, and they packaged it without asking whether we wanted dips or takeout. When we tried to find a place to sit, they made faces at us and treated us poorly. It seemed like they didn't want us dining in. We were on a long journey between provinces and couldn't just leave.
