The food was tasty and made on-site rather than pulled from a freezer. The fries, for example, were made from real potatoes, unlike the typical frozen products found at most restaurants around here. Overall, while it may not be extraordinary, the food is prepared with care in-house. We plan to dine here again on our next visit. I'm giving this place an extra star for its location in Moose Jaw. Let’s support local craft beer!
I visited this restaurant and was disappointed by my experience. Despite the place being nearly empty, I had to wait almost an hour for my food. When it finally arrived, my medium rare steak was cooked well done, and my order was incorrect. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns about the delays. When I tried to pay for my drinks, I was told that my food would be out shortly, but only one of my three meals was brought to the table. I ended up waiting an additional ten minutes for the rest of the food. I won't be coming back. Even if you're looking for a place that feels neglectful due to being busy, this isn’t it.
Great little hidden basement bar. Food was great and staff super friendly. A neighbouring table overheard we were visiting the city for our anniversary and sent us a round which was super sweet

We had to leave by 7 p.m. because a private event was scheduled. Our food only arrived just before 7:00, and we decided to leave instead of eating. I ordered a medium-rare steak, but it came out well done. The buffalo blue cheese sandwich was missing both buffalo sauce and blue cheese. The service was slow because The Crushed Can was busy, which made it feel like customers at Cask 82 were an afterthought. I had high hopes based on all the positive reviews, but I left disappointed.
