Taco Bell - Moorpark

Food always tastes great, but when they do it right, the people who take my order always have the right thing at the reception, but somehow the people who make it can't get it right. I eat them for lunch Monday to Friday and 4 of these 5 days, my food is wrong. As today they did it wrong, they had it right while I was there, and when I checked it, it was still wrong, I got 40 minutes of my hour meal just the right food if it usually takes 15 minutes

Easy ordering when you actually go inside their shop and order via the order kiosk. Staff were nice and food came quickly, quite a bit faster then when the drive thru is busy. Deluxe box, nice size serving for the price.

Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food places. Crunchy tacos, good sodas and nice cinnamon twists for desert ????

I have always loved this Taco Bell, but i witnessed a manager, or someone higher up telling a new employee who was Hispanic, that she needs to say ?order? correctly. It?s wrong and quite frankly racist to tell someone with a hispanic accent how to say aword. I understood her just fine and there was no need for that. When you know someone?s first language is Spanish, you don?thave to correct them if they are doing the job just fine.

A week ago I ordered an ice tea and the cashier suggested I should try it with the mango freeze which I did. It was so good. I was very pleased with the customer service inside. I tried ordering the same drink in the drive through and was told the managerwill not allow it. I would think Taco Bell would do whatever the customer wants. The cashier was very rude too. Very unhappycustomer.
