So glad we found this place. Driving through Moorpark we got hungry for lunch and googled “restaurants near me” and Kiku Japanese Grill popped up. Extensive menu and being our first time it took a while to place an order but the young man who took our order was very patient and answered all of our questions. The staff is extremely friendly, and the food is delicious and fresh! The prices are also quite reasonable.
The food is freshly prepared and served quickly, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is casual and relaxing. It's my favorite restaurant in Moorpark.
I eat here once a week! The chicken teriyaki plate is very good. Always fresh and always consistently delicious.
Picture is the rainbow roll. The food is alright for the $12. The rolls are big but it wasn’t the best. The rice was cold and the salmon was kinda slimy. But it was still decent. The pasta was delicious and so is the teriyaki cooked salmon. I kinda worry that they don’t use sushi grade fish so I suggest order cooked item. But overall the food is good for its price and the employees are nice. If your looking for quick sushi or asian cuisine I recommend this place.
The food here is consistently fresh and delicious. I visit regularly, and the staff is always friendly.
