Owners of this location aren’t welcoming. Employees are amazing with our DISABLED clients. Unfortunately the owners might need to take notes from their staff on how to treat disabled people. I drive 8.5 miles from Simi to get my regular Size #7 Spicy East Coast Italian with everything and extra hot peppers. Frankly I eat quite a bit more at JM's because they are pretty much everywhere like Starbucks these days-and they are solid. But still like JJ's better. I've only eaten JJ's at 3 locations. read moreI've only ever had 1 bad experience with Jimmy John's. And even then, they made it right. The spicy East Coast Italian is the best thing here.
