Great place and great customer service. Was it a few minutes early to pick up an order, they did not have my order ready (as expected because I was early), they offered me a free pulp and informed me my order was put together. I had to run a funeral for 10 minutes when I came back, the owner had my order ready, apologized (which was not necessary) and gave me a really nice surprise with my order. A great experience!... The best pretzels ever! I always take her when I go and travel family from the state! They love the gift and always look for them! A family favorite!
Love this place! Best pretzels around. My family knows... if mom goes to or thru Moorestown, a stop at Philly Pretzel Factory is definite stop.

I have been getting my Bretzels there for some time, but that was above the top for customer service. Well done!!!
