Grillin' Time Diner - Moorefield
Grillin' Time Diner
Description
**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
Dining at this restaurant proves to be a hit or miss. While some patrons rave about exceptional food and service, others express disappointment over bland offerings and inconsistent quality. Highlights include a friendly and attentive staff, making dining a more enjoyable experience, as well as certain standout dishes like the hot roast beef sandwich. However, issues like undercooked meals and lackluster atmosphere dampen the overall appeal. Though prices range from $50 to $100 per person, the combination of exceptional service and potential culinary delights may still entice diners seeking comfort and quality.

We're from Texas and recently took a three-day road trip through eight states, stopping at various restaurants along the way. Without a doubt, this was the best one we encountered! The food and service were outstanding. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we ate there twice before we left. The steaks were better than those at TX Roadhouse, and the pancakes were just as good as Cracker Barrel’s. Our server was a young guy, and we really appreciated him. He clearly has a talent for customer service; he was busy the entire time but remained very helpful. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return on our next trip!
I highly recommend trying the Smoked Pulled Pork, Brisket Sandwich, Fried Shrimp, Mashed Potatoes, Breaded Shrimp, and Hamburger Steak.
I recently visited this restaurant and, unfortunately, the experience fell short in several aspects. **Food Rating: 1/5** The food was disappointing and did not live up to the expectations set by the menu descriptions. The flavors were lacking, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and regretting my choice. **Service Rating: 5/5** On a brighter note, the service was outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly, and worked diligently to ensure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. Their commitment truly stood out and was the highlight of the visit. **Atmosphere Rating: 2/5** The atmosphere also left much to be desired. The ambiance felt dull and did not create the welcoming or enjoyable environment one hopes for during a dinner outing. In summary, while the service was exceptional, the mediocre food and uninspiring atmosphere make me unlikely to return.

We actually ate there twice before we left. Steaks were better than TX Roadhouse, Pancakesas good as Cracker Barrel... Our server was young guy. We liked him very much. He definitely has natural customer serviceskills. He was busy the whole time and helpful. Highly Recommend, we will be back on our next trip.
