Grillin' Time Diner - Moorefield
Grillin' Time Diner
Description
**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
Dining at this restaurant proves to be a hit or miss. While some patrons rave about exceptional food and service, others express disappointment over bland offerings and inconsistent quality. Highlights include a friendly and attentive staff, making dining a more enjoyable experience, as well as certain standout dishes like the hot roast beef sandwich. However, issues like undercooked meals and lackluster atmosphere dampen the overall appeal. Though prices range from $50 to $100 per person, the combination of exceptional service and potential culinary delights may still entice diners seeking comfort and quality.

We're from Texas. Had a 3 day road trip. Went through 8 states, stopped at numerous restaurants.... This hands down was the best one! Food service we're top notch. We actually ate there twice before we left. Steaks were better than TX Roadhouse, Pancakesas good as Cracker Barrel... Our server was young guy. We liked him very much. He definitely has natural customer serviceskills. He was busy the whole time and helpful. Highly Recommend, we will be back on our next trip.
A friend and I went here while hunting and it was a decent place to eat with fair prices. It was my first visit but he had been here previously and recommended it as a good place to eat. The facility was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly andattentive.
I heard great things but I was extremely disappointed. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich that had no bacon or ranch. The chicken was over cooked and dry. I sent the sandwich back and when I got it back, they refused the old chicken patty and put iton a new bun with the right accompaniments. The service was lacking. Not very friendly and the attention of the staff wasanywhere but the tables. I don?t recommend based on my experience
The food here is amazing! I returned twice because my first visit was such a delightful experience.
We visited the restaurant with four people and a dog, and the staff was extremely welcoming. Our server, Jacob, was fantastic. He even assisted me in searching for my credit card that I dropped in the parking lot while walking my dog. Regarding wheelchair accessibility, although the parking lot is gravel, there is a well-constructed ramp that leads to a large outdoor seating area.
