I waited about 30 minutes in the drive-thru, only to find that I didn't receive all of my food. When I called and spoke to Candice, she assured me that I would get the meal for free when I returned. However, when I went back, I had to wait in line for another 30 minutes, and then I was charged for my food! Terrible customer service.
The hamburgers and fries used to be fresh but on my last 2 visits, they were not. My hamburger was barely warm and fries were room temperature.
Even if you specifically ask for your meal to be made fresh they will lie to your face and serve you cold
