The young blonde worker, who looked about 16, told me that they c... read more I arrived at the restaurant at 8:50 PM and stood in line until 9 PM without being attended to. The young blonde worker, who looked about 16, told me that they couldn’t help us because they were closing at 9. A customer in front of me mentioned that we had both arrived at the same time and that they had a lengthy order, which prompted her to begrudgingly agree to serve us. However, even after we placed our order, she continued to make snide comments and was quite rude. Honestly, we just spent $30 on flavored ice and it's not our fault that her little brother had a game the next day. She also didn’t provide us with lids, claiming that it would take too long. Someone really needs to teach these teenagers about customer service! Next time, I'll happily drive an extra mile to go to Summer Snow instead.

The snow cones are fantastic, with incredibly finely crushed ice. The wait time is relatively short compared to other places I've visited. The workers are always so friendly. They give me suggestions I never would have tried before, even butterscotch. Who would have thought that? Haha This is definitely a family friendly establishment. I also really love the benches to sit at.

I’m not one to write bad reviews or complain but she not only was unhappy to serve us but continued to make snide remarks. The snow cones weren’t just amazing to return back with that kind of service. My family has been going here for years but will now drive the extra mile to summer snow.
