I... read more I went into the hamburger place ordered a double meat cheeseburger small fry small drink was $22.70. I said Sir are you sure and he said yes look at the menu. I replied well I can sure see why there is not very many people eat here versus the garage that'sfull of people eating. This is a 100% rip off and should be boycotted to sell five dollars worth of food were over $22 and thehamburger was small and soggy

Store was pretty clean and organized. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and small fry. It was 20.00 that's pretty ridiculous!!! My friends ordered Burger, hot dog and shake. About 1/3 of her way through the hotdog we noticedthat the bun had mold on it. I took it back to the counter and suggested that they check their other buns. They offered to makeher another one but she's 12, she was grossed out and couldn't have eaten another one of those. They did offer to refund the dogbut made no move towards a refund except talking about it. At this point, we're done eating what we can and leave. Theemployees acted lost or hesitant to do what was right. They were fine with letting us walk out without refunding the moldyhotdog and loading 3 customers. I don't know if I'll ever go to another 5 Guys again but I will definitely NEVER go back tothis one! Very disappointing service!!

You end up paying over $20 for a simple fast food cheeseburger meal, which is more than what you'd pay for a ribeye steak at a proper restaurant. Their menu is filled with junk food that simply isn’t worth the high price. I recommend avoiding Five Guys to avoid getting ripped off!
