Burger King - Moore

Seriously the slowest service ever. If you have a 30 min lunch like I do, don't go you will be late back. Took 20 mins to get through a small line. Happens regularly

Ordered an impossible whopper and they gave me the real patty instead, talk about lawsuit waiting to happen. you can see and taste the difference. I will never go back to this location. Management should really look into this

This place was awesome, particularly RODNEY this guy has an amazing character and I hope he finds everything in life he's looking for

If I could give this BK zero stars I would. The service is horrible, the food is always cold, there is never an actual mgr to speak to about issues to resolve them. I went and got dinner tonight and it took 30-45 minutes to get through the drive thru. I got back to my house and the food of course was cold. My wife's chicken fries were still slightly frozen! My son's kids meal was cold along with my meal! When I called and asked for the District mgr's number and Joe told me he didn't have the number nor would he contact the General mgr. I went back to the store after he hung up on me and was deliberately rude as well. I told him that it is disrespectful to hang up on a customer and that he can go ahead and contact the GM now so I can speak to him. Of course he wouldn't allow me to speak with the GM or the Dist Mgr! If you can avoid this BK then do so because they do not prep the food correctly according to the Helth Dept standards or the food temps required!

Worst service ever. I waited in line for 27 minutes only to find out you pay at the 1st window that had no one at it until I drove past. Then I was yelled at that I had to pay there. They have always just used the last window to pay and serve. Might have been nice to have been told when I ordered or have a sign before you get to the window.on top what was taking long. I told him to forget my order not sure how much longer it would have taken. I waisted 27 minutes for nothing.
